In this workshop, we’ll explore together the basics of Afro-Cuban dance: grounding, posture, weight transfer, coordination, and the conscious movement of individual body areas.<\/p><\/div>\n\n

The workshop is for complete beginners with no prior experience and for salsa dancers of all levels who want to develop more body awareness, naturalness, and expression and deepen their connection to the music.<\/p><\/div>\n\n
