Anniversary Weekend – Workshops & Gala Party
We’re celebrating another year of CSP Familia! A year full of friendships, long nights of dancing, and so much music. We’re celebrating the love of dance, music, and Cuban culture that connects us all. And most of all, we’re celebrating you, because without you, this community wouldn’t exist.
That’s why we’re not just celebrating for one evening, but for an entire weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, you’ll dance in six workshops with Kevin & Geysa, one of the most sought-after couples in the Cuban dance scene in Europe. Then, on Saturday evening, we’ll all come together at Ballhaus Wedding to celebrate at our Gala Party.
Two days full of dance, music, and people just as crazy about Salsa Cubana as you are. We’re incredibly excited for this weekend and can’t wait to celebrate it with you!
Spots are limited!
PROGRAM
WORKSHOPS
All workshops will take place at Tanzraum Wedding. On both days, Kevin & Geysa will bring the latest trends straight to Berlin: moves, figures, and styles that are currently popular on dance floors across Europe.
Not only are they incredibly skilled dancers, but also wonderful teachers and lovely people. They teach with warmth, approachability, and plenty of humor, so you’ll feel comfortable from the very first moment. Their workshops are clearly structured, and you’ll not only learn new moves but also understand how they work. That way, you can take what you’ve learned straight to the dance floor and into your own dancing.
GALA PARTY
On Saturday evening, we’ll celebrate at Ballhaus Wedding, one of Berlin’s most beautiful ballrooms. Chandeliers, wooden parquet floors, and a hall with very special charm: the perfect place to celebrate another year of CSP Familia.
We’ll kick off at 7:00 PM with a pre-party workshop with Timo & Kimberly. From 8:00 PM, DJ Usnavi will be spinning, bringing you a night full of salsa, timba, and rumba.
And since it’s a gala: dress to impress! Pull out your finest outfit, get dressed up, and show your best side. We’re looking forward to an elegant evening with all of you.
