Background

Even as a child, dancing opened up a world of its own for me, a refuge where I could block out everything else around me. Musical workshops (2006) and theater during my school years in Rome (2010-2012) were my first encounters with this language. I learned early on that the body sometimes creates access to emotions for which there are no words, and that movement brings me back to the here and now when the world around me goes crazy.
I truly fell for dance when I traveled to Cuba for the first time in 2013 after graduating high school. The music, the people, and the culture captivated me immediately. There I understood that dance is more than movement—it tells stories, carries emotions, and connects people across generations.
That same year, I began dedicating myself more intensively to dance and took classes in Havana, trained regularly in Munich, and deepened my training with Compañía Rosario Cárdenas. From 2014 to 2018, I worked as a dance instructor and co-trainer at Santana Dance in Munich, became part of a dance company, and performed on stage for shows and music videos.
Since August 2025, I've had the privilege of being part of the CSP dance studio in Berlin.

Motivation

As a teacher, I want my students to have fun above all! I want them to feel the music, let it carry them away, and discover the joy of movement. The goal shouldn't be to dance perfectly, but to find your own unique style, because every body moves differently, and that's exactly what makes it so beautiful.
What excites me every time is seeing how salsa brings together the most diverse people of all age groups who simply laugh and enjoy themselves together. This vitality and genuine enthusiasm—that's exactly what I want to experience in my classes.

I am...

Curious, passionate, empathetic

What excites me

...the connection between body and mind. My background in ethnology and psychology led me to engage deeply with people and their stories. This curiosity brought me, among other things, to Ashtanga Vinyasa training.
I have a weakness for constantly trying new things—whether it's wobbly roller disco, crocheting, silversmithing, I get excited quickly. I just don't always stick with them for long. Dancing is the exception.

Guilty Pleasure

...Nutella with cream cheese, Disney movies, rabbit holes until 4 in the morning
