Is this course right for me?

You should already be dancing at an intermediate level. Rhythm, basic steps, and coordination are no longer a problem for you. In this class, the focus is entirely on yourself so you can concentrate on your movement.

Here's what you'll learn:

Learning objectives

This solo course is your space to develop the confidence, control, and musicality that will make you truly shine on the dance floor—whether social dancing or on stage. Each session dives deep into body movement and expression, connecting both with styling and pasitos in a Salsa and Timba context. You'll work on your isolations, your flow, and your sense of rhythm. You'll learn to dance with clarity and charisma. At the end of each class, we bring it all together: in a short Timba choreography that unites body, rhythm, and confidence.
